libdvdnav: Suspected RCE Region Protection!

To all,

I just installed xine, however, I seem to be getting this error message.
The DVDs are not being read. This the error I am getting:

libdvdnav: Suspected RCE Region Protection!

Do I need to change some region setting in the dvd player itself?
